Lily Spice Exports (Pvt) Ltd. is committed to conducting business in a responsible, ethical and sustainable manner. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy reflects our commitment to supporting social development, environmental protection and sustainable practices, both locally and globally.

 

Profit Allocation Commitment

Lily Spice Exports (Pvt) Ltd. allocates up to 10% of its annual net profits, subject to financial performance and Board of Directors’ approval, toward Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

These initiatives are designed to benefit people, protect the environment and support long-term sustainability, in alignment with our business values and ethical standards.

Focus Areas of Our CSR Initiatives

01) Supporting Farmers & Agricultural Communities

We work closely with local farmers and suppliers to promote fair sourcing, strengthen rural livelihoods and encourage responsible agricultural practices that support long-term soil and crop sustainability.

 
02) Environmental Protection & Future Generations

Our initiatives include forest protection, tree planting and environmentally responsible sourcing of natural ingredients. We strive to reduce our environmental footprint through mindful processing and packaging practices wherever possible.

 
03) Sea & Coastal Conservation

We support initiatives aimed at protecting marine ecosystems, including beach and ocean clean-up activities and raising awareness about the importance of preserving coastal environments.

 
04) Health & Humanitarian Support

We contribute to organizations and initiatives that support individuals affected by serious illnesses, including cancer care support programs, as well as community-based health and wellness efforts.

 
05) Children’s Education & Care

We are committed to supporting education and care initiatives for underprivileged children, including assistance to children without parental care and children’s homes, both locally and internationally.

 

Governance & Oversight

All CSR initiatives are planned, reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of Lily Spice Exports (Pvt) Ltd.
Implementation, monitoring and allocation of funds are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, internal governance policies and ethical business standards.

 
Transparency & Implementation

CSR contributions may be implemented through company-led initiatives, partnerships, or support provided to recognized organizations. Specific programs and allocation amounts may vary annually based on business performance, community needs and regulatory requirements.
